Every spring, BFEF produces a fundraising event that culminates in a celebration during the school day.

For the past several years, this event has been our "Dance-a-thon": children ask for donations and then dance during the school day. Below is our video promoting our 2019-2020 event, featuring our wonderful teachers, interns, and other Franklin staff! In a twist of fate, our March 2020 event helped us raise money for more Chromebooks (ahead of the pandemic-related shortage)!

During the pandemic, we converted our event to a "Walk-a-thon" to encourage movement and fitness.
