Make a scarecrow to help decorate Franklin for the “Halloween Drive & Boo Car Parade.” Scarecrows will be on display around the school for all to enjoy. Make your own or decorate a store-bought scarecrow. Decorate with your family name, language program or grade. Please bring your scarecrow to the Randall Pick-Up Gate on Oct. 30th between 8am-10am. Sign-up to bring a scarecrow here: Note: Scarecrows will be returned to the students after the parade or the following week.
